Once an Agent subscribes to any plan on the OkSafar platform, there is no cancellation or refund applicable to the subscription plan. All payments made by Agents for subscription plans are non-refundable under any circumstances.
OkSafar does not collect payments from Users for their tour packages. Therefore, refund and cancellation policies related to tour packages are not applicable to OkSafar. Users must make direct payments to the Agents for their tour packages or visit the tour operator's office for payments. Detailed payment information is provided on the tour package details page.

Contact the Agent directly to discuss and confirm the specific cancellation policy before making any payment or submitting documents for processing.
Obtain a formal, signed, and stamped receipt/invoice directly from the Agent when making payments.
Make payments only to the specific bank account details officially provided by the Agent within the OkSafar Platform's package details section.
Agents may offer various payment methods (Online, Cash, RTGS, NEFT, etc.) as displayed within the Platform. We strongly recommend Users utilize traceable online payment methods for better record-keeping.
