- Business and Contact Information

Details of Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat packages offered, including itinerary, inclusions, pricing, duration, location, available dates, etc.
- Bank Account Details
Bank account information designated for receiving direct payments from Users for booked packages. This is displayed to Users upon booking confirmation.

Documents provided during onboarding, such as GST certificate, business registration, and identity proof, used for Agent verification.

Send notifications about inquiries, booking status (as updated by Agent), platform updates, security alerts, and respond to support requests.

Send promotional messages about the Platform or relevant Agent offers (Users and Agents can opt out).

Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing Your Information

- Between Users and Agents
When a User initiates a booking or inquiry, we share necessary User contact and booking information with the chosen Agent. For confirmed bookings, we share the Agent's designated contact and bank details with the User. User-uploaded documents (ID, passport, photos) are accessible to the Agent they have booked with for processing purposes.
- With Third-Party Service Providers
With vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, data analysis, IT services, customer service, email delivery, and analytics. These providers access information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
- For Legal Reasons and Safety
